KARDON IS ONE, SOMEHOW
This little man and his parents are some of our favorite people. We've had the opportunity to work with them four times this past year and it seems impossible but we're certain that we like them all more each time. Kardon somehow manages to get cuter and cuter ( sweeter and sweeter too!). He's like the unicorn of babies who could care less that he only sees our masked faces and smiles anyway. PS- we've had to up our game across the board this past year getting kiddos to smile in spite of those darn masks covering our own expression. Im pretty sure we've learned new pitches and tones in our talking voices to show extra happy emotion to these little people:)
It's literally always this time of photographing babies at their one year milestones that we are not-so-secretly insinuating to clients that we're ready for them to create more little humans lol. You're potentially getting 6 hours of consecutive shut-eye at this point so why not right? HA.
We absolutely loved Kardons first birthday session here. Theres something sooooo timeless and classic and emotive looking at babies on ultra simplistic sets. Nothing to distract your eye from the small person you and your partner created. Just baby. Who needs anything more? Not I. Our goal during a one year cake smash session is photographing babe on the cake smash set, then the "splash time", then onto another outfit or two depending on baby with several little breaks between so we don't have a camera in their face for 60 straight minutes.
We'll just be over here crying and missing this little guys face til we get to see him again sometime hopefully in 2021. ( Don't you just want to squeeze him looking at these photos? Like who wouldn't miss him???? I had to throw in a froggy pose from when Kardon came in for his newborn session a year ago, for all of our viewing pleasure.
