BOYS FOR DAYS

THESE IMAGES MAKE ME HAPPY. They're like the embodiment of little boys and their energy that seems to be never ending, ya know, everrrrr. These three were true boys into running, and dirt, and rock throwing and silliness. I do love a good Christmas-card-photo as much as the next one where everyone is perfectly arranged and smiling at the camera. But, I secretly live for all the in-between moments, the boys running and chasing and tickling. The times where you tell them to touch their brother, and you know without a doubt, that they'll touch their brother.... around the throat usually, and definitely too hard lol ( heck, that applies to any and all siblings, not just little boys. We know we're asking for it whenever we ask siblings to "get a little closer.... act like you like each other")

This property was certainly one of my photographer-dreams! An Apple orchard on lakefront property with rolling hills/fields, a sweet little path down to the water and a beautiful rocky beach and neat little alcove. I died and went to heaven there and joked about renting it forevermore.
